EUR 1,590m - PERILS releases second industry loss estimate for the floods in southern Germany in June 2024
PERILS has today disclosed its second industry loss estimate for the floods in southern Germany which occurred during the period of 31 May to 6 June 2024.
PERILS’ second estimate of the insurance market loss is EUR 1,590 million. This figure is based on loss data collected from affected insurers and covers the property line of business.
